JONESBOROUGH, TENNESSEE โ November 3, 2026
Have you ever felt forgotten?
Have you ever awakened to another morning and wondered how you were going to face the same problems all over again?
Or perhaps you've made mistakes, wandered from your faith, and wondered whether it's too late to find your way home.
Sometimes what we need isn't another headline, another argument, or another distraction.
Sometimes we just need a few minutes of hope.
That's why we're introducing the Wayne Bodie Books Podcast โ Words for the Journey.
A new, free-to-listen audio experience offering short, Scripture-centered reflections, prayer, and encouragement for the challenges we face in everyday life.

Real Life. Real Struggles. Enduring Hope.
Life can be difficult.
People carry burdens that aren't always visible. Financial worries, loneliness, broken relationships, regrets, and the constant pressure to keep moving forward can leave even the strongest among us exhausted.
And sometimes, the hardest part is feeling that nobody understands what we're going through.
But Scripture has something to say about these struggles.
Psalm 34:18 reminds us that Yehovah is near to the brokenhearted. Lamentations 3:22โ23 speaks of mercies renewed each morning. And in Luke 15, Yehoshua tells a remarkable story about forgiveness, repentance, and a father who welcomes his returning son.
These are the kinds of messages at the heart of our new podcast.
Not lengthy sermons. Not endless debates.
Just meaningful words, grounded in Scripture, for the moments when we need them most.
Three Episodes Available Now
We're launching with three original audio reflections, each approximately two minutes long.
When You Feel Forgotten
For anyone struggling with loneliness, discouragement, or the feeling that nobody notices.
There are seasons when the world seems to move forward while we're standing still. This reflection draws from Psalm 34:18 and Isaiah 41:10 to offer a reminder that being overlooked by people does not mean being forgotten by Yah.

Tomorrow Is Another Mercy
For those mornings when yesterday's troubles are still waiting.
Some days begin with exhaustion before we even get out of bed. Inspired by Lamentations 3:22โ23, this episode explores the Father's mercy and the possibility of beginning again, even when life hasn't gotten any easier.

The Road Back Home
For anyone carrying regret, guilt, or the fear that they've wandered too far.
Drawing from the parable of the returning son in Luke 15, this reflection explores repentance, forgiveness, and the courage to take the first step toward restoration.

Whether you have a few quiet minutes before work, need encouragement after a difficult day, or simply want to reflect on the Word, the messages are there to explore at your own pace.
There's no need to listen in a particular order.

More Than Another Media Project
Wayne Bodie Books began as an independent publishing venture and has grown into a creative studio producing original books, music, digital media, and online publications.
Our Journal gives readers a place to explore written stories, commentary, and creative work.
Wayne Bodie Books Radio provides a free listening experience featuring original music and brief messages of encouragement.
Now our Podcast offers something different: a dedicated home for spoken reflections on faith and everyday life.
It's another expression of the same creative mission, using our existing production capabilities to share meaningful content independently.
Over time, we hope to explore additional Scripture-based teachings, prayers, and potentially audio editions of our existing Weekly Prophecy Watch program.
But the purpose of this new podcast is not to produce the greatest possible volume of content.
It's to offer something worth hearing.
A Word for Whoever Needs It Today
We don't know what everyone who visits this podcast might be experiencing.
Someone may be grieving. Someone may be searching for work. Someone may be struggling to forgive themselves. Someone may be trying to hold onto faith through a difficult season.
But we do know that Scripture speaks about mercy, endurance, repentance, forgiveness, and hope.
And sometimes a short reminder of those truths can make a difficult day a little easier to face.
Our hope is that these reflections encourage listeners to open the Word, seek the Father, and remember that their present circumstances are not necessarily the end of their story.
